Keep resisting and just work places that don't require it. Cash is king. The companies will feel the squeeze and be forced to concede. I promise you, there is enough work out there to walk from where ever you are working and go somewhere else. They are begging the nurses to come back to the hospital here. (I work in the medical field) They all got traveling nurse jobs and make way more now. Lol. The hospital is having deep regrets.
