Re: Despite Supreme Court Ruling, Some Employers Will Still Require Vaccinations
So those companies can be torn apart in court now. I'd say it's over but get ready for a world of hard to get products. Think of a grocery store from the last year of jimmy Carter. Less a bit here and there.

No they won't. The Supreme Court ruling only stopped the Federal Government from mandating the vaccine, not private businesses. Some of you don't seem to understand that's a big difference.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81039682

No they understand, these Qtard shills get paid to steer the conversation away from the obvious, to claim wins that never happened, as a political tactic to steer the conversation away from how Trump's Supreme Court pick, sold out healthcare workers

Yes you are an idiot.

I never said stupid corps will no longer force their employees to get the poison.

They will be open to massive liability and will be sued into oblivion plain and simple.

Companies are well within their rights to mandate a jab. The ruling just says the government can’t mandate it as part of an OSHA regulation, and even then, the ruling only temporarily enjoins enforcement of the rule while the case continues to make its way through the courts.

Please, do go on about companies getting “sued into oblivion” lol.

It's better to have an option between jobs that require vs. jobs that don't the alternative was every job with 100 or more people would require it. And then the next bill would have required jobs with less than 100 to require it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81039682

Damn straight - the next EO by Brandon would have set that up if the OSHA mandate had been allowed to go forward. Now, any employee who took the shot prior to the SC ruling can sue the shit out of their employer if they developed any adverse reactions. I hope some of these companies get sued into oblivion!

Many companies will not mandate. They were only going to mandate because the federal government was going to fine them heavily per employee. Now with that in the trash where it belongs, reality will show through. Many companies know that the work force is too critical and they would lose much revenue without employees.

When businesses start reversing all of their mandates, you got me. Until then stop assuming that businesses cannot mandate the vaccine, they can and already have. This only stopped businesses from being FORCED to mandate, not stopping businesses from being ALLOWED to mandate.

First: this statute does not contain a citizen suit provision which allows individuals to sue for alleged violations.

Second: people have the option to accept or refuse the vaccine under any circumstances. They’re free not to get vaxxed, and the company is free to part ways with its employee. Simple enough.

Re: Despite Supreme Court Ruling, Some Employers Will Still Require Vaccinations
“FDA must ensure that recipients of the vaccine under an EUA are informed… of the known and potential benefits (sic) and risks, the extent to which the benefits and risks are unknown, that they have the option to accept or refuse the vaccine, and of any available alternatives…”

“21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed— that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product; of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.”

First: this statute does not contain a citizen suit provision which allows individuals to sue for alleged violations.

Second: people have the option to accept or refuse the vaccine under any circumstances. They’re free not to get vaxxed, and the company is free to part ways with its employee. Simple enough.

It doesn’t need to contain a suit provision to allow anyone to sue…

A violation of a federal law is a violation of federal law…

You fucking idiots will get every bit of what’s coming to you…
