Yet you call me an idiot and don't even understand the ruling and are trying to insult someone that actually knows what's going on. Yes you are an idiot. I never said stupid corps will no longer force their employees to get the poison. They will be open to massive liability and will be sued into oblivion plain and simple. Are you a lawyer? Do you know what you’re talking about? No and no. Companies are well within their rights to mandate a jab. The ruling just says the government can’t mandate it as part of an OSHA regulation, and even then, the ruling only temporarily enjoins enforcement of the rule while the case continues to make its way through the courts. Please, do go on about companies getting “sued into oblivion” lol.  I dunno'. I can actually see this scenario if biz balks at the unvaxx'd request of ensuring a safe work environment requiring testing and 'booster' jabs of other well established vaxxes out there. All based upon same 'science' applied as per the 'Rona. What's good for the goose saying and all that. Nothing but a pit of never ending paper and attorneys all doing gymnastics in the mosh pit for their lil' piece of the pie.
