Everytime somebody makes a 5G thread, there's always shills trying to say that 5G has been in their areas for years. So why all the confusion with what it does to air traffic, and other electronic systems? Its because whatever is being rolled out is unlike anything out now. Otherwise they wouldn't have such concerns. I'm not saying your lying, but your obviously misinformed. They aren't pushing this roll out back if they already knew exactly what it did. Which means it's never been deployed anywhere before now. Even if the air traffic control issue was just a cover up for something more nefarious, it is obviously a very good one, as the C-band frequency sits right next to the FAAs frequency and could very plausibly be an interference issue. There have been similar complaints made by other agencies in the recent past for frequencies used for 4G, such as the 2300 Mhz band, which delayed the turn up of that spectrum by the cell carriers who were licensed to transmit it at locations close to airports. I'm no more misinformed than the average 5G doomer, and I at least understand the basics of the wireless industry. |
