I had it too but just for two days. One night I had the chills and laid in the recliner with a heater in front of me wrapped up in throws. So yes I woke up drenched but actually felt better the next day. The prednisone got rid of the chills and the sweats. That said it lingered post prednisone and once I got NAC and quercetin/ zinc it ended after a couple days. I was on D and lysine in high doses but it didn’t seem to make a difference. But I wasn’t that sick except the first 4 days or so. Lasted 3 weeks however…
