You are depleted of vitamins and minerals. Get some black strap molasses and take a tablespoon a day in warm water. Take some vitamin c with it for absorption. Get a good vitamin mineral supplement to take also. Eat folate foods. Might want to get a b12 supplement. This all helps iron which gives us oxygen.
