There are sad HR managers everywhere today. They are no longer allowed to be the hall monitor.

Lots of in-house counsel being shown the door. They made a stupendously bad call and will cost their bosses BILLIONS. I predict a lot of HR outsourcing/automation and consultancy work in the future. It wasn't just memes. My family member at GE showed me his exemption form and you had to sign saying you wouldn't use all those otc meds if you got the exemption.
