Only thing that has changed is the number of days after positive test when you die... When Public Health England changed to the Health Protection Agency, they changed it form 30 days to 60 days... So since October anyone who has had a positive covid test within the last 60 days before they died gets recoreded as a covid death.. They’ve (all registered deaths been running the same if not slightly higher than December 2020 actually except for week 52 because of Christmas week so it’s the next week we need to wait for the numbers |
