Coastie, I have a specific question for you as a former Pirate Hunter: What are your thoughts on all the cargo ships anchored at sea, especially L.A. But other ports as well? Can the Coast Guard or Navy inspect those vessels while they are waiting and anchored? Is it a security concern to have all these MASSIVE SHIPS which can haul almost anything across the World's Oceans anchored just outside of one of America's Largest Ports? What if shipping containers are loaded with weapons of war? What if they are a "Trojan Horse" I think they need thoroughly INSPECTED! What do you think?
