In the meanwhile I had to go to the store. It's a half hour walk or so. The first time I did it I used a child's sled to haul stuff back. Today I used a child's Radio Flyer wagon. The wagon was so much better but it's bed is so shallow. Used bungee cords to tie everything down and it worked well. Kinda thinking of getting a cargo wagon from Harbor Freight as a prep. Not only to haul stuff from a market but stuff to a market in a grid down situation. Hashtag, things that I didn't realize till shit happened. "Yes, yes. Zathras is used to being beast of burden to other people's needs. Very sad life. Probably have very sad death. But, at least there is symmetry."

I have the tools to deal with that, more than any twenty cul-de-sac garages, but the car is at the end of the driveway, far from where my electric impact wrench can get at it. Oh well, I can deal with that too. I damn well know what I'm in for which is why I skipped single digit temps today in favor for the 30s tomorrow.
