Canada needs a convoy that stretches at least THROUGH Ottawa.
Shut the entire city down w/parked trucks and vehicles, Anyone (If they can find drivers)attempting to move/tow them gets boxed in.
Gridlock the entire capital and move NOTHING until we're heard.
There ARE MILLIONS more of us than them.

Who knows what the outcome of this event will be as far as the mandates go. We can only pray for the best possible outcome. But, what this event has done is it has brought light to the fact that truckers were considered "essential " in this country just one year ago and now they are not considered to be.

This comes at a time when supply shipments were already becoming less and less able to fill the demand needed for a healthy and prosperous economy.

We must understand that almost every single item and everything we use, need and desire is transported by the trucking industry.

The trucking industry was already understaffed prior to the mandate coming in.

The truckers taking part in the event and all of those in support of their plight and message, must continue to do so. I don't know about everyone else but I like having food in the stores, medical supplies available to hospitals and medications available to those who need them. Of course, I could go on and on listing items this country needs but I think we all have a good understanding of what those items are.

It has taken alot of work to put this event together. Alot of these truckers have or will lose their homes and livelyhood as well. Many of them have been leaving their families at home for days on end, for many years, just to provide us with our items of consumption.

Please do not lose sight of the message as it is most important for the days and generations ahead. Please have a plan B to feed your families. God Bless Our Truckers and all of those attending this event! Keep them safe on their journey to and from this event.

Cross-country truckers convoy departs B.C. for Ottawa to protest vaccine mandate

The first leg of the convoy, dubbed The Convoy For Freedom 2022 , is set to leave B.C. on Sunday. Convoy organizers plan to arrive in Ottawa on Jan. 29, where truckers from other provinces will join.

Yes! Such good news. The major news agencies are now on board and will be there interviewing people and covering the event.

Also at the last update, independant film companies are going to be drone filming and covering the event for up coming documentaries.

This is history in the making. I haven't seen Canada this involved in one project since Covid hit. It's beautiful to see our country coming together for the greater good.

There is even the, "Adopt a Trucker" program in place for people to offer assistance to the truckers coming in from across the country. It gives them, a bed if needed, a warm shower and meals, for example. How wonderful!
