"Over-65s most hit by Covid-19 fatalities, study shows" [ link to www.irishtimes.com (secure)] These reports were from 2020 when we were at the height of the initial waves of COVID. Yes indeed they were/ However the average person’s news came from the breakfast show or bbc newsfeed which all assured us that were were under a full on pandemic nightmare and that the alleged boogeyman was everywhere waiting to kill us all - and this fake ass media message was endorsed and sanctioned by the government.
