pfffft! nothing new -- in the states, (west coast) teachers have been trying to teach the young girls how to slip a condom over dingdongs since year 2000. Now on the west coast they're promoting the pill and freely handing out condoms and its not just high schools either.
Twinkletoes teachers, counselors etc. etc. etc. have always wanted the age of consent down to at least 16 so then they can push for even lower for the boys.
