Well known SCOTUS Lawyer Robert Barnes said NO IS TALKING about the fact that the MANDATED hospitals MUST give Religious accommodations, something that DID NOT exist, it was available but not required. Kavanaugh flipped because he demanded this accommodation be MANDATED in the ruling.

So SCOTUS just added a mandate that did NOT exist before, the mandate is they now MUST (not may) give Religious accommodation upon request.
