Barnes is no bull shiter, he said it's right in the middle of the ruling. No one on either side was talking about it because the PRO JABBERS did not want to bring light to it, the right was too busy ripping Kavanaugh for flipping. Still think he was wrong, however he added a remedy that was not there before.
