Well that's encouraging. I suggest All HC workers immediately find religion

Don't have too, SCOTUS ruled years ago your Religious beliefs are your own for each individual. So don't have to tell them what you believe and if they ask it's illegal.

That didn't stop them from denying them left & right. lawsuits incoming :)

If they still have to get fake tested even with an exemption, then not much of a win. They will get nasal/brain cancer now, along with fake covid diseases.

SCOTUS put this in the Medicare ruling and no one noticed. Kavanaugh demanded it if he voted to keep the Heath Care mandate.

On November 5, 2021, the Secretary issued an interim
final rule amending the existing conditions of participation
in Medicare and Medicaid to add a new requirement—that
facilities ensure that their covered staff are vaccinated
against COVID–19. 86 Fed. Reg. 61561, 61616–61627. The
rule requires providers to offer medical and religious exemptions
, and does not cover staff who telework full-time.
Id., at 61571–61572. A facility’s failure to comply may lead
to monetary penalties, denial of payment for new admissions, and ultimately termination of participation in the
programs. Id., at 61574.

Here the entire ruling, this is on is here.

Didn't Biden just institute a framework to data collect all religious exemptions. Well this is a great way to start that off with a bang.
