Then he extends his arm and pushes her away on her collar bone.

Once he creates a safe distance, he turns and walks away from her.

He is to be commended for keeping calm under such duress.

You could notice the bitch backing away from the action in the beginning out of cowardice (should never have been out there in the first place), and when she does come in to engage, it's to pull the officer back from doing his job. She had every bit of that coming.

If she's allowed to pull him by the belt, why isn't he allowed to push her away.

Why isn't she being suspended for interferring with what he was trying to do? We couldn't see the stuff offscream, but what if her interference ended up putting someone at risk?
