Milley is not a "troop" any more than Biden is the "commander in chief". Milley is a political leach who will be dealt with by his own negative karma soon enough. She is applauding the irony, by the way, of this supposedly 3x vaxxed maggot coming down with the virus he has forced hundreds of thousands of military members be given a shot to avoid.

There are 2 possibilities, and maybe both are true: 1) The shot is not a vaxx and does not prevent transmission and/or 2) Milley didn't really get the shot at all but, rather, some fake shot shit to make it look good.

Or the third option -- the vaxx, which was advertised as some percentage effective, is less effective than that, especially against mutations.
