Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79804802 Every one dollar rise in the price of silver on the COMEX puts BofA $800 million in the hole. Yes. They are short 800 million ounces (almost an entire year of silver production, worldwide.) Make a thread. I'll throw $ into silver if there's a chance it can take down a usurer. |

Seems like manipulation to me. Quoting: Endtimewatchman10 Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, Tesla... they all use HUGE amounts of silver and don’t want the price to go up - so they ban together and sell HUGE amounts of paper contracts to keep the price down. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77659296 United States 01/19/2022 04:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | [link to silverseek.com (secure)] Quoting: ranjmaz "I had speculated roughly a year earlier on the occasion of 300 million ounces of silver being deposited into the silver ETFs (primarily SLV) that my guess was that the physical metal inflow was the result of JPMorgan leasing the silver to an unnamed third party (or parties). When the OCC report for Dec 31, 2020 came out (released at the end of March 2021), since the $8.3 billion suddenly reported for Bank of America, when divided by silver’s yearend closing price of $26.50, equaled 300 million oz, it was a confirmation of my original speculation closer than I could have ever imagined. Here’s the problem – when using that same formula – dividing the Sep 30 holdings of BofA of $18.3 billion in the new OCC report by the $22.20 closing price of silver that day, the result is more than 800 million oz and not the 500 million oz stated by me on Sunday and in yesterday’s public article. I confess to using the 500 million oz amount because 800 million oz sounded “too high” to me and I reasoned that maybe some platinum and palladium was in the $18.3 billion figure listed in the OCC report. But who the heck am I to make such allowances? I didn’t make such allowances when BofA’s holdings were $8.3 billion as of Dec 30 and I can’t come up with any good reasons to do so now." |

And if I have food and you cannot get food well… silver aint gonna do it unless its in the form of a bullet brother! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79259435 And what if I have Silver AND my own food? Yes, food comes first, but if you have so much income that you need to find places other than the dollar to put it.. what is wrong with silver? Or Gold? They have always been used as money and they will be the first form of money when humanity digs its way out of whatever sh*t storm it inflicts on-itself. You can only defend so much lands and ostentatious belongings make one a target. Once can keep a relative fortune in a very small area with Precious metals. And yes, they will be used for barter as well - 18k gold chain and junk silver are the best for that as folks think you just had them - rather than invested in them. Argentina and other places where SHTF already prove that is the case |
