Advice on navigating new job + vaxx
I just aced my first interview and the job offer is 40k higher than what I'm currently making... I am on cloud 9.

However, this job will be one day in office, 4 remote.

How do I navigate what I assume will be vax mandate on condition of accepting the offer?

It may or may not be part of the offer. If it's not and it comes up later just ignore it. If it is schedule a follow up to discuss, talk as much sense into them as you can about how you would be willing to get this if they accept all liability indefinitely for any adverse side effects if you want to make it a negotiation. If they say no ( which they will ) then say you just can't participate in segregation and limiting bodily autonomy. Keep looking for new jobs.

I'm hoping since the eventual plan is 4 remote, 1 on-site that I can just tell them I tested negative the night before.

Just file an exemption
That way if they get rid you then it opens them up to lawsuit and you will keep you job
