If it is schedule a follow up to discuss, talk as much sense into them as you can about how you would be willing to get this if they accept all liability indefinitely for any adverse side effects if you want to make it a negotiation. If they say no ( which they will ) then say you just can't participate in segregation and limiting bodily autonomy. Keep looking for new jobs. |
