Re: My dad was a 32 degree Mason. I’ve got questions!
Highly unlikely he was a Thirty-third Degree Mason. Thirty-second is a Scottish Rite degree. It's not all that hard to obtain.

The Blue Lodge Master Mason and the Thirty-Second are considered, by and large, the same "level". The levels being indicative of their rank and status as a fully "anointed" brother.

I mean, I'm a Freemason. And let me be the first to tell you, if we rule the World, then we're fucked. Because, I've been to a couple of the big halls and those fellas can't decide on an ice cream flavor.

Similar to the Alcoholics Anonymous campaign they ran here around new years; AA being another masonic organization/secret society(says so in the name..)
 Quoting: JD 69159088

The founder of Alcoholics Anonymous being Robert Holbrook Smith (freemason) and William Griffith Wilson, who was a 2nd Lieutenant in the ‘Coast Artillery’ during the First World War, didn’t receive any notoriety until John D. Rockefeller Jr. became involved in financing and promoting AA.

Also:

According to Cedric L. Smith, Grand Secretary of Masons in Vermont: Robert H. Smith was a member in Passumpsic Lodge No.27, St. Johnsbury, Vermont. Initiation January 29, 1903, Paiing February 5, 1903, Raising February 12, 1903, Suspended April 1934, Reinstated September 3, 1942, Died November 16, 1950. He was a Freemason in good standing at the time of his death.

Further question about its links as a masonic organization can be answered by taking a look at some AA brooches/regalia.

You're making much ado about nothing OP. Don't let the machinations of your conspiracy mind blend with ideas of grandeur about your dad. He was an uneducated rough-neck that joined the craft. I am certain he was a good man, but he wasn't at the table calling the shots on the World's stage.

Unfortunately, Masons are closet satanists.

They worm their way into all areas of society and subvert for satan.

Nope, that's the Black Robe Jesuits. The middle ages Royals knew how to deal with 'em. Out of the country by tomorrow or else.

You don't want them handling pension funds, or in the courts, or in the Justice department, or in the police (or any law enforcement agency), or in the military, or in any position in any level of government.

Bad hombres, nuff said. read the Jesuit Oath and you'll understand their raving in support of abortion ... not pious Catholic babies sacrificed on altar of Baal.

This.

No offence, but he was probably 'useful idiot' status. Was probably doing a regular job but passing on info to the services while doing so.

My dad was in similar industries in similar places, and was approached by intel. He refused to help them as he was kind of an independent operator and wanted to remain impartial. Also, he never joined the masons cos one of his mentors, a UK aristocrat, told him DO NOT join the masons (yes really).

Re: My dad was a 32 degree Mason. I’ve got questions!
My dad died eight years ago. I knew he had been a mason but I always just thought he was uninvolved. Just the other day, my nephew sent this image to me of a certificate showing that my dad had obtained the rank of 32 degree mason. This certificate is from 1970 and I don’t know if he also became a 33 degree mason after this.
[imgur] [link to imgur.com (secure)]
Some things I don’t like about this certificate (aside from the fact my dad was a mason at all!) He “leveled up” on April 19, 1970. Really?? April 19th?
Notable events from April 19th in history:
[link to www.thepeoplehistory.com (secure)]

The certificate number is 60669. Yuck! Three sixes?

Other things about my dad:
He was an oil man. Started as a roughneck for his dad and eventually was the drilling superintendent. That’s my understanding of what he did for work my whole life.
He was in the US Navy in the 1960’s. But not for life, I don’t think.

He worked in Quito, Ecuador in 1972, Tehran, Iran from 1973-1975, Nigeria from 1975-1976. He was “spirited away under cover of darkness” from his work in Nigeria, supposedly someone wanted to kill him for hitting someone. :::shrug:::
In Tehran, there was an explosion that rocked our house, we moved shortly after that.
He then went on “jobs” in Greece and Turkey in the early 1980’s but my family lived in the US now.
Our family got threatening phone calls that were referred to the Eff Bee Eye during this time.
He then worked in Kuwait and was taken hostage when Saddam Hussein invaded in August 1990. He was released the last week of December 1990. My mom says that the Eff Bee Eye “saved” him. There were also extortion threats made against my mom during this time. The Eff Bee Eye again intervened.

I was young and naive and very trusting. I’m not anymore. But my dad is dead and gone and my mom has severe dementia.

If I send a Freedom of Information Request to the government regarding anything my dad may have been involved with, will I get answers?

Re: My dad was a 32 degree Mason. I’ve got questions!
The 33rd degree is an honorary degree that doesn't necessarily involve going through the other degrees; it is given for contributions to 'the great work'.

Manly P. Hall for instance being given 33rd without going through the 32 degrees of the scottish rite.
 Quoting: JD 69059449

Somewhere in the last 1/4 of this 5 hour Freemasonry exposure video it talks about the fact that only those that denounce Jesus and recognize that Satan is the god of this world will be invited into the 33rd degree level. They must come to this understanding on their own, the information isn't given to them.

 Quoting: akaSuzanne

Kinda sorta, I have heard that people who profess jesus (or whomever) to be their god are still given the 33rd degree, but at that point it's a mere token and they are the dupes that will throw others off the trail; fueling attribution error when the likes of Mackey, Pike, and Hall all openly state the true god of freemasonry to be lucifer.
 Quoting: JD 69059449

I also suspect the dude in that video is a witch by the looks of his cross talisman. What he presents is likely deception sprinkled with truth; the video being a way to surreptitiously initiate people into 'the mysteries'.
 Quoting: JD 69059449

"THE MYSTERIES" are the most Sacred thing on this planet and have existed since antiquity. Masons only pretend to have a deep understanding of the mysteries.

THE MYSTERIES have been passed down since ancient Egyptian mystery school. There origin is unknown and THE MYSTERIES have been carried forward by secret societies.

The knowledge has since been corrupted and the Societies used as political agencies and arms of governments.

Did your dad ever meditate? If not he achieved very little insight into the True Mysteries.

That said I do there are a few in the masonic lodge that can do a couple parlor tricks related to low level spiritual mastery of certain mysteries and energies.

That’s an eastern star symbol as far as I know.
My grandfather was a mason- I don’t know the rank.. but he made a lot of money and went to Antarctica. His mother’s house was full of eastern star mugs, plates, ashtrays and she lived to be 103! Palatine dutch ancestry from upstate NY before the last reset..

I’ve always been slightly curious what happened..
my father and his brother and sister are all pretty messed up.
My uncle was a Shriner and one of his daughters is COO for canal Corp..
I don’t think my father is in any secret organizations, but I don’t know that.
My aunt is a total alcoholic disaster and should never be trusted with anything- I can’t imagine she’d make the cut. But she still has money to burn, bad decision after bad decision..

It gets even stranger with my grandmothers side of the family- although I don’t have any evidence of their affiliations. One of my father’s cousins is a colonel in the Air Force, another is head librarian at Cornell university.
I don’t really stay in contact with these people, but life always looked a little too easy for most of them from my perspective.
