Re: IMPORTANT: Romans 13 - an interpretation you haven't heard before
Just more bullshit from the apologists

Romans 13 says God appoints government and to obey it

it does NOT specify not to obey it if the government goes bad

and who is to decide if government is good or bad?

You?

God appointed the government, not you.

The truth is not in the Bible

No one has any authority over another

God is a meme being used to establish tyranny

all governments are tyrannical

go disobey any law in any government at any time in history and see what happens

tyranny happens because the state has a monopoly on force and you are not even allowed to resist even for failure to appear or failure to pay

This is good, not that I listened to the video. You need to read the bible to understand it. Those preachers make up crap that does not belong.

Given the gravity of misunderstanding Romans 13, this video is well worth the 7 minutes (or 3.5 minutes on 2X speed) of your time.

For those of you who insist on a synopsis for every video, you will not be disappointed by watching. He'll explain why the powers given to government are not universal, and that they have clear limits as defined in the Scriptures.

It is not always a sin to defy or disobey government. Romans 13 is not the only passage in the Bible -- there are thousands and thousands of other passages one must consider when forming their worldviews.

why form your world view based upon a book with so many inconsistencies and used by religious people to control with imaginary punishments from a god that loves them?

Re: IMPORTANT: Romans 13 - an interpretation you haven't heard before
There are only a few verses which one could use a guidance. The rest is brainwash. They dont even teach in churches that the whole bible isnt meant to be interpreted literally. There is even one verse stating it. Its a parable, otherwise wisdom and knowledge wouldnt be able to be transmitted onto the people.
The council of nicea and what not made the bible into what it is now, along with countless translations and revisionists editting it to fit the linguistical evolution. Salvation wont come neither from praying, nor from putting the so called armor of God on. Meditation is the only solution. Old wine has to be discared and new wine has to be put into you.
Make whatever you want out of it. You have given your keys away... Now guess what the actual meaning of a key is..
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80423040

The key is turning from sin and living a righteous life. Followers should look completely differently then the unbelievers. As does the Kingdom that’s coming to earth, it won’t look anything like what we see today. Back to the garden is what New Jerusalem will be. To the city gates His children will go!
 Quoting: -Kate-

A Kingdom That Cannot Be Shaken

18 For you have not come to what may be touched, a blazing fire and darkness and gloom and a tempest 19 and the sound of a trumpet and a voice whose words made the hearers beg that no further messages be spoken to them. 20 For they could not endure the order that was given, “If even a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned.” 21 Indeed, so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, “I tremble with fear.” 22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable angels in festal gathering, 23 and to the assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, 24 and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

His children are already coming into the gates of His city, His kingdom.

God bless

The Bible God says don't murder people.

This command is so important it is one of the Ten Commandments.

God even emphasized the command with "THOU SHALL NOT..."

So then we have 911 false flag

millions of Christians go to Iraq and murder those people who are defending their nation from an imperial aggressive invasion force

many times innocent woman and children when they raided some poor Iraqi household in the middle of the night

oops ... I got nervous and shot them all up

I think I will rape the daughter though, she is still alive ..

yeah it happened again and again

and these wars are for you know who ...

and then our soldiers come home and commit suicide

then we forget all about it and move on watch some TV that tells us we are special

the point is murder is wrong until we do it for the state

the Bible is a obviously a slave manual

obey the state, don't murder unless we tell you to

Two millennia ago, Epps would have been holding the

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72636137

What other books do you feel need to be torn out of the bible?

I'll wait while you ask your rapture preacher or watch the plagiarized vid he made...

God changed Saul's name to Paul as he did with Peter and others.

He was chosen by God and fully accepted by all the apostles.

You need to read this stuff for yourself.

You could read my sig too... oh wait, it's Paul too. nvm
 Quoting: deplorable scottfree

You are behind the learning curve.

If you haven't figured out that Paul
and Barnabas are the false apostles
and liars spoken of (directly) by
Christ in Revelation, you are not
near as awake as you think.

I dare you to read (below).

Know the day of thy Visitation.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81882422

Yup. Anyone with REAL eyes to see, has been
given the Truth about Saul of Tarsus. Those
who are blind to it, are clouds without rain.

(c/p)

No need to watch your video. Paul wrote Romans,
and he (Ssssaul) is a false apostle.

Paul and Barnabas were the "apostles"
to the Galatians and Ephesians. Christ
clearly addresses the church at Ephesus
in the book of Revelation:

Revelation 2:2 KJV

2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy
patience, and how thou canst not bear them
which are evil: and thou hast tried them which
say they are apostles, and are not, and hast
found them liars:

Now, does CHRIST himself not know that
Paul and Barnabas were the "apostles"
to the church at Ephesus?

Can Paul be PROVEN to be a LIAR? Yes. Read on.

But first, realize that Paul taught
EVERY SINGLE DOCTRINE that causes
DIVISION in Christianity...

Works over Faith.
Pre-tribulation Rapture.
Speaking in Tongues.
Circumcision.
"Spiritual" Circumcision. (WTF that is even supposed to be?)

Next, read Christ's remarks to the SEVEN CHURCHES.

Look at what Christ says to REPENT of:

EATING MEATS SACRIFICED TO IDOLS.

The very doctrine that PAUL taught as ACCEPTABLE...

In fact, Paul taught not to eat meat sacrificed
to idols in front of "weaker brethren", lest it
become A STUMBLING BLOCK.

I CORINTHIANS 8
4 As concerning therefore the eating of those
things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols,
we know that an idol is nothing in the world,
and that there is none other God but one.

5 For though there be that are called gods,
whether in heaven or in earth,* (as there be
gods many, and lords many,)

6 But to us there is but one God, the Father,
of whom are all things, and we in him; and one
Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things,
and we by him.

7 Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge:
for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour
eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their
conscience being weak is defiled.

8 But meat commendeth us not to God: for neither,
if we eat, are we the better; neither, if we eat
not, are we the worse.

9 But take heed lest by any means this liberty of
yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.

10 For if any man see thee which hast knowledge
sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the
conscience of him which is weak be emboldened*
to eat those things which are offered to idols;

PAUL IS CLEARLY TEACHING THAT EATING MEATS
SACRIFICED TO IDOLS IS FINE, JUST DON'T DO
IT IN FRONT OF WEAKER BRETHREN, BECAUSE IT
MIGHT BE A "STUMBLING BLOCK".

But what did CHRIST say is the STUMBLING BLOCK?

REVELATION
14 But I have a few things against thee,
because thou hast there them that hold the
doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast
a stumblingblock before the children of Israel,
to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

Now, for you naysayers, go do your homework.

Yes or no?

Does the book of Acts record THREE (3) TIMES,
that PAUL, when he met with THE REAL APOSTLES
in Jerusalem, AGREED TO TEACH FOUR THINGS:

1)NO MEATS SACRIFICED TO IDOLS
2)NO EATING STRANGLED THINGS
3)NO DRINKING BLOOD
4)NO SEX OUTSIDE OF MARRIAGE (FORNICATION)

I could give you the Scriptures, but go find them yourself.

The fact is, PAUL mentioned to the GALATIANS (2)
that he met James, Peter, and John (in Jerusalem).

FUNNY THING, PAUL FORGOT TO MENTION
NOT EATING MEATS SACRIFICED TO IDOLS,
EATING STRANGLED THINGS, DRINKING BLOOD,
AND FORNICATION.

HE SAYS THAT JAMES, PETER, AND JOHN ONLY
SAID TO GIVE MONEY TO THE POOR. Open your
eyes and LOOK.

GALATIANS 2
9) And when James*, Cephas, and John, who
seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace
that was given unto me, they gave to me
and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship;
that we should go unto the heathen, and they
unto the circumcision.

10) Only they would that we should remember the
poor; the same* which I also was forward to do.

PAUL CLEARLY TAUGHT AGAINST THE LAW.
PAUL CLEARLY LIED TO THE GALATIANS.
PAUL CLEARLY TAUGHT EATING MEATS SACRIFICED TO IDOLS.

And for all of you readers out there who disagree,
it only goes to show that you have not read the Bible
with any understanding. Paul is NOT the ONLY ANTICHRIST
who HAS WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE.

This is another reason why the Bible says,
"To TEST the Spirits, whether they be of God or not".

I have tested Paul, and found him a false apostle
who taught heresy and the false doctrine of Baalam.

Strangely enough, so did a band called Toad the Wet Sprocket.
The song is written from Jude's perspective.

Enjoy.

Most people do believe in God. Surveys show that in recent years belief in God has actually increased on our planet.

Yes, I’m happy to say that the largest number of you do believe in Me. So it’s not your belief in Me that creates problems, it’s your belief about Me.

One of the things you believe about Me is that I do not want you to know Me. Some of you even believe that you dare not so much as utter My name. Others feel that you should not write the word “God,” but, out of respect, should write “G-D.” Still others of you say that it’s all right to speak My name, but that it must be My correct name, and that if it’s an incorrect name, you will have committed a blasphemy.

But whether you call Me Jehovah, Yahweh, God, Allah, or Charlie, I am still Who I am, What I am, Where I am, and I will not stop loving you because you got my name wrong, for heaven sake.

So you can stop quarreling over what to call Me.

Moses said, “By this you shall know that Yahweh has sent me to do all these deeds; for this is not my doing. If these men die the death of all men or if they suffer the fate of all men, then Yahweh has not sent me. But if Yahweh brings about an entirely new thing and the ground opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that is theirs, and they descend alive into Sheol, then you will understand that these men have spurned Yahweh.”

As he finished speaking all these words, the ground that was under them split open; and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men who belonged to Korah with their possessions. So they and all that belonged to them went down alive to Sheol; and the earth closed over them, and they perished from the midst of the assembly. All Israel who were around them fled at their outcry, for they said, “The earth may swallow us up!” - Numbers 16:28-34

But the Pharisees, hearing it, said, “This man does not cast out demons, except by Beelzebub, the prince of the devils.”

Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them, "Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand.

And if Satan cast out Satan [Tptb cast out Tptb], he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?

And if I by Beelzebub [Great Anti-Christ] cast out devils [ZWO Derp State], by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.

But if I cast out devils [ZWO Derp State] by the Spirit of God [Lord], then the kingdom of God come unto you." - Matthew 12:24-28

And the scribes who had descended from Jerusalem said, “Because he has Beelzebub [Great Anti-Christ], and because by the prince of devils does he cast out demons.”

And having called them together, he spoke to them in parables: “How can Satan cast out Satan? [Tptb cast out Tptb]

For if a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom is not able to stand.

And if a house is divided against itself, that house is not able to stand.

And if Satan has risen up against himself, he would be divided, and he would not be able to stand; instead he reaches the end.

You are bang on, I totally agree. We are instructed to come out of that system btw. Flee from it my people... to the mountains in the last days, which I believe are here.
 Quoting: -Kate-

The Bible covers 4000+ years of God's interaction with mankind from Creation to Revelation - just before John's death.

People blabber of "the lack of contemporary evidence" knowing FULL WELL that....

1. Starting after Jesus' death, the Pharisees did everything possible to derail the growth of Christianity.

AND the Romans spent the 290 years between Christ's death and Contantine's "vision" KILLING Christians.

2. Manuscripts, at the least, have lasted through...

-the Roman destruction of Israel & other wars in the Middle East of the 1st / 2nd Century
-the 200+ years of Roman persecution of Christians and Hebrews that began with Nero
-the "trinitarian" changes made to the Bible beginning around Tertullian's time
-the invasions / expansion of Islam that began after Muhammad's death in 632 AD

Arheists expect that Jesus miracles to be recorded in a pile of ancient tabloid journals somewhere?

Even the Christ-hating Pharisees mention Jesus in the Talmud.

Even IF we didn't have manuscript fragments dating back to the 2nd century, scholars could "piece together" the 4 Gospels just from the writings of various church fathers.

---AD 96 Clement Bishop of Rome quotes / refers to 11 books used for the New Testament including Matthew, Mark and Luke.

---AD 108 Ignatius Bishop of Antioch quotes / refers to 24 books used for the New Testament including all 4 Gospels.

---AD 110 Polycarp Bishop of Smyrna quotes / refers to 18 books used for the New Testament including all 4 Gospels.

On TOP of that, there is a growing consensus that the first writings of the Gospels were in Hebrews & Aramaic.
 Quoting: Servant-of-the-LORD

That’s why I’m not a Christian anymore, I left churchianity a few years back. The 12 disciples were called the Natsarim, they were all persecuted and killed by the Romans, fed to the lions in the Roman Colosseums.

Watch this to learn about their history.

id be careful with going too much into "unchartered territory" and "new ways" but the reason many walk away from regular churches these days are apostacy. They bend knee to the vatican and the UN. In my country its hard to find any church thats not a member of the world council of churches, which is more and more politicised and are now signing up to agenda 2030 in my country. WHERE DOES THE BIBLE SAY WE ARE TO FEAR THE PLANT NUTRITION CALLED CARBON? NOWHERE! SO IT SHOULDNT BE AN ISSUE IN OUR CHURCHES! And agenda 2030 is in practice world government. These churches are submitting to babylon and do the same thing they did across europe during ww2 and abuse romans 13 as an excuse to bow to government (Caesar), exactly as the OP posted!

Im not bowing to Caesar, i just cant, any church that wants to enforce agenda 2030 is no-go area for me, so the options here regarding finding a good church are slim, but i might have found one, we'll see!

Romans 13 says God appoints government and to obey it

The truth is not in the Bible

tyranny happens because the state has a monopoly on force and you are not even allowed to resist even for failure to appear or failure to pay

SO WILL YOU CHRISTIANS PLEASE SHUT THE HELL UP

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77998499

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of Christianity and the verses in the OP video.

For example, see how government is identified in Romans 13:3. See the conditions that determine it in that verse. If I call myself "government", does that make me so? Can anyone just call themselves "government" and it is so, like how some leftists lie and say they are a woman when they are not?

See 1 Samuel 8. You will see how the people don't want God and want tyranny, but God warns them against it, but the people still rather have a tyranny rather than trust in God.

The reality is opposite of your claim. The more a people trusts in God, the more free they are. The less they trust in God, they more they beg for tyranny. This "covid" scamdemic has brought this into light! You see Christian ommunities that trust in God living freely while the Godless worship tyrants.

"Man will ultimately be governed by God or by tyrants." -

Re: IMPORTANT: Romans 13 - an interpretation you haven't heard before
Catholic Church has always realized and taught this. Some people with their private intepretation have distorted it. It's also possible that some of these misinterpreters were government agents.
 Quoting: Malleus

wait... what? Popeianity is a part of the monster structure/babylon that is tyranny. The Holy spirit leads one to all truth which include scripture, not the pope, and the reformation was the work of God. Ill post a teaching here related to this topic EVERYONE THATS A CHRISTIAN NEEDS TO LISTEN TO!

People never read Romans 1:7

"To all that be in Rome"

If you're not in Rome, then you don't have to "obey the government".

Nobody can explain why Christ would have sent
Saul of Tarsus to see Ananias of Damascus, when
ANANIAS is a DIRECT RELATIVE to CAIAPHAS, the
"high priest" who saught to have Christ killed.

If you know Jesus, you would know why. What was among His last words before death on the cross?

"Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing." (Luke 23:34)

Re: IMPORTANT: Romans 13 - an interpretation you haven't heard before
Paul didn’t teach works over faith. Indeed some people get confused that James taught this and Paul didn’t

Paul didn’t teach a pre tribulation rapture

Speaking in tongues - Cornelius and his family did so on the presence of Peter

Paul didn’t teach circumcision

Spiritual circumcision is circumcision of the heart, Paul reiterating what was stated by God Deuteronomy 30:6.

It’s difficult to even consider anything else you’ve said when the intro is all so so wrong

Re: IMPORTANT: Romans 13 - an interpretation you haven't heard before
Paul is sons of men in his incarnation who group consciousness overtaken his individual conscience.

This is why Poop Francis still doesn't understand, nor accept for he is still as carnal as a primate.

But the animal nature of man does not perceive these things that are of the Spirit of God. For it is foolishness to him, and he is not able to understand it, because it must be examined spiritually.

But the spiritual nature of man judges all things, and he himself may be judged by no man.

For who has known the mind of the Lord, so that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. - 1 Corinthian 2:14-16

drevil

And so, brothers, I was not able to speak to you as if to those who are spiritual, but rather as if to those who are carnal. For you are like infants in Christ.

I gave you milk to drink, not solid food. For you were not yet able. And indeed, even now, you are not able; for you are still carnal.

And since there is still envy and contention among you, are you not carnal, and are you not walking according to man?

For if one says, “Certainly, I am of Paul,” while another says, “I am of Apollo,” are you not men? But what is Apollo, and what is Paul?

We are only the ministers of him in whom you have believed, just as the Lord has granted to each of you.

I planted, Apollo watered, but God provided the growth.

And so, neither he who plants, nor he who waters, is anything, but only God, who provides the growth.

Now he who plants, and he who waters, are one. But each shall receive his proper reward, according to his labors.

For we are God’s assistants. You are God’s cultivation; you are God’s construction.

According to the grace of God, which has been given to me, I have laid the foundation like a wise architect. But another builds upon it. So then, let each one be careful how he builds upon it.

For no one is able to lay any other foundation, in place of that which has been laid, which is Christ Jesus.

But if anyone builds upon this foundation, whether gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or stubble,

each one’s work shall be made manifest. For the day of the Lord shall declare it, because it will be revealed by fire. And this fire will test each one’s work, as to what kind it is.

If anyone’s work, which he has built upon it, remains, then he will receive a reward.

If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer its loss, but he himself will still be saved, but only as through fire.

Do you not know that you are the Temple of God [Soul], and that the Spirit of God lives within you?

But if anyone violates the Temple of God, God will destroy him. For the Temple of God is holy, and you are that Temple.

Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become foolish, so that he may be truly wise.

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. And so it has been written: “I will catch the wise in their own astuteness.”

And again: “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.”

And so, let no one glory in men.

For all is yours: whether Paul, or Apollo, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or the present, or the future. Yes, all is yours.

But you are Christ’s, and Christ is God’s. - 1 Corinthian 3:1-23

charlie

"Hypocrites! How well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:

‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

For in vain do they worship me, teaching the doctrines and commandments of men.’”

And having called the multitudes to him, he said to them: “Listen and understand.

A man is not defiled by what enters into the mouth, but by what proceeds from the mouth. This is what defiles a man.”

Then his disciples drew near and said to him, “Do you know that the Pharisees, upon hearing this word, were offended?”

But in response he said: “Every plant which has not been planted by my heavenly Father shall be uprooted.

Leave them alone. They are blind, and they lead the blind. But if the blind are in charge of the blind, both will fall into the pit.”

And responding, Peter [Pope 'Cephas & Saul' Francis] said to him, “Explain this parable to us.”

But he said: “Are you, even now, without understanding?

Do you not understand that everything that enters into the mouth goes into the gut, and is cast into the sewer?

But what proceeds from the mouth, goes forth from the heart, and those are the things that defile a man.

For from the heart go out evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false testimonies, blasphemies.

These are the things that defile a man. But to eat without washing hands does not defile a man.” - Lord Jesus in Matthew 15:7-20

pennywise

From that time, Jesus began to reveal to his disciples that it was necessary for him to go to Jerusalem, and to suffer much from the elders and the scribes and the leaders of the priests, and to be killed, and to rise again on the third day.

And Peter [the swarthy a.k.a Cephas is Pope 'Saul' Francis], taking him aside, began to rebuke him, saying, “Lord, may it be far from you; this shall not happen to you.”

And turning away, Jesus said to Peter [Pope Francis]: “Get behind me, Satan; you are an obstacle to me. For you are not behaving according to what is of God, but according to what is of [sons of] men.”

Then Jesus said to his disciples: “If anyone is willing to come after me [as the Great Anti-Christ], let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

For whoever would save his life, will lose it. But whoever will have lost his life for my sake, shall find it.

For how does it benefit a man, if he gains the whole world, yet truly suffers damage to his soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?.

For the Son of man [Elijah the prophet] will arrive in the glory of his Father, with his Angels. And then he will repay each one according to his behavior.

Amen, there are some here who will not taste death before they see the Son of man [Enoch the Lord, God of hosts] coming in his kingdom.” - Lord Jesus in Matthew 16:21-28 Vulgate Bible

He didn’t teach a pre-trib rapture though.

And the Greek word used for ‘meet’ in 1 thess 4 is one that refers to going out to meet an arriving dignitary, to accompany them into a city (or in this case, to Earth).

And the restoration of that nation is not mentioned once in the New Testament

Umm.. yes he did. Just watch the video.

As for the restoration of Isra.... where does Christ rule from? Jerusa....? Among what people?

New testament does not teach anything contrary to what the old testament teach, all the promises in the old testament will be fullfilled. Elaboration on return of Israe.... can for example be found in the prophets in Ezekiel 36-> and with some googling you can see Ezekiel even gave us the date for the return of this country in may 1948. Also Isaiah 60 and 66 is interesting regarding the return of Israe..., and its one of those passages that unlock that Tarshish is Britain.

The certain people we cant name here (the j...) are central in Gods salvation even in the new covenant / new testament, and you cant understand it without knowing their position. Divide the word of God correctly!
