Can you please explain to ignorant folks like myself what are "sky kings" and what the significance is? Coded radio signals/messages to nuclear forces such as subs and planes and ships. They occur routinely but when the amount increase then its a bad sign that war has started. Yes this is correct. These Messages are broadcast strongly enough that amateurs can hear them. However as you point out they are encoded.. Normally 1-5 messages a week, now 50 or more in the last 2 days.
