Can you offer any tips on lucid dreaming / astral projection?

It makes a great deal of sense to have a soul farm located in the astral plane layered above a physical church. Imagine what sort of spiritual current they could extract from the parishioners when they are entranced in prayer or singing their psalms. While their bodies are in the building, I imagine that their astral selves could be fitted into that infernal machinery I saw. Now I'm curious to see whether such apparatuses are present at most houses of worship.
As for lucid dreaming, I just got lucky to have been born with the gift. However I have been able to refine that skill by keeping a dream journal, practicing environmental awareness of sensations while awake, and regular meditation which takes me into a trance state similar to dreaming. While I'm in a trance, I practice by imagining movement with my astral body and trying to fool myself into believing that I am already dreaming. That last technique was essential to being able to manipulate the astral environment itself, as I've only recently cracked it. I've been able to grow extra limbs, shapeshift, project lightning, fly, change the tangiblity of objects and teleport malevolent entities away from me. Once, I made an inanimate astral object animated and used it as a lure to get a "dogman" to chase it instead of me. Really fun stuff at first, but lately there's a lot of malevolence in the astral realm. Something big is going down.
U say u can teleport malevolent entities away. Ye this took me years also to learn. It’s very crucial thing to learn in the astral but more so for this dimension also. Although I was trained in the astral. I went for schooling and everything. Had to go on missions to seek out dark entities for years but it was never alone. We were always in groups with a high up being watching us.
These entries started to manifest in the physical and I spent few years freeking out. Until one day I realised that I can use the same sort of will in this dimension also.
The entity was that close in this dimension that it was causing violent paranormal activity. I confronted it head on and used my etheric while conscious in physical body to blast it far away from me. It worked!
It’s the unmanifest. That is the source of the dimensional issues. Most dimensions are in the middle of a war, dark bs light. It’s a real thing, not a made up story. One of the reasons why I was trained in the astral. U sure u were not trained also and just forgot?
Something changed with auras lately too. I’m seeing ethnics literally coming away from some ppl. Like a lagging.
My own field is also had some changes. Something huge is about to happen. Our fields are changing as well as earths. Mine has become more electrified and spinning much like the spinning wheels.
Look at our dimension right now. The dark is consuming this dimension through walkins. Conscious invasion is going on right now.
Secret is that they are now part of the plan. The dark that is. The more they flow through the more our fields are going to blow. Meaning our power that lays dormant will blow. That will be the start of the final merging process. All from source.
