I did a lot of that when I was younger and lived cleaner.

Also experienced enlightenment twice. Once through the heart chakra and the next time was through the crown chakra.

I was impressed with my ability to achieve it through the crown chakra because it was all my doing and I accomplished it within only a few hours time.

My belief is that illumination is achieved when all chakras are enlightened at the same time.

I don't fully understand the use of it though.

I have also experienced dangerous astral areas as well. All I can say and you probably know this well, is that it's largely unexplored territory.
