Boaz -a good man who took Ruth under his wing, so to speak, and also Naomi who would've been dejected in her old age.

Cain -who done killed his own brother in cold blood. Not only that, but he Premeditated the dastardly, evil deed.

Daniel -can you BELIEVE that he was thrown in a den of lions and lived through it?

Eli -he was a high priest, and a terrible father, corrupt even.

(by the way, did ANYBODY like that movie "Eli" with Denzel Washington in it?)

Lemuel -the name, it is believed, that Solomon's mother affectionately called him.

Mighty Man of Valor -Gideon was greeted with this from an angel. He was about to embark on an adventure that would change his life, literally.

Hannah -a woman, barren, and heartbroken to the core about it cries out to God in the temple, and mr genius high priest, Eli, had the audacity to accuse her of being drunk ugh!

Well irregardless of duh-brain, God answered her prayer and she had a son.

i'm so happy that this happened for Hannah....she had already gone through so much heartache.

Nikodemus -he was a short priest who wanted to see Jesus so bad that he climbed a tree to see him.

Then you know what Jesus did? He invited him to join him for lunch, at his house.

Osee -the Greek name for the prophet Hosea.

Quick-witted Abigail, who intervened and kept King David from killing her sawwy husband.

Ruth -she followed her mother in law Naomi to her land, and stood by her, supporting both of them. Later she married a good man named Boaz who secured a place for Naomi during her old age.

i didn't like the movie, actually, even though i'm a fan of Denzel Washington. i was disappointed. i bought the DVD because he was in the movie lol

To get an idea of what the movie is about, watch some trailers of it.

Simon -the magician in the New Testament, that wanted to buy what he saw the apostles do through the Holy Spirit.

Tamar -daughter of King David, and raped by her half-brother. David was a sawwy father. He did nothing to bring justice for Tamar, nor punished the sawwy half-brother that raped her.

Uriah - Sent into the hottest part of the battle, purposefully by King David so he could take Uriah's wife Bathsheba.

Vashti - The Persian queen replaced because she would not submit to her husband the King.

Witch of Endor - Practiced necromancy - spirit summoned perceived to be Samuel by Saul, foretold the END DOOR of Saul's life on the morrow.
