MOM jumps into whole in ice…. Aaaaand she’s gone!

She jumped in at an angle and immediately went under the ice.
Did not have a safety line attached.
The hole cut in the ice was 8 to 10 feet long but it was perpendicular to the river flow instead of with it.
If the slot cut in the ice was parallel to the river flow then she might have had a chance.

This needs to be seen so people can learn from stupid mistakes...

Kind of reminds me of Sam Thompson and red west cutting a young mothers throat in the back of a white van.

What dumbshits thought this was a good idea without having a harness and rope on her. The stupid things that people by do!

why didn't the fat guy who followed her, get swept away by the current? Also, he appeared to by standing which indicates that the water was very shallow. The slant angle of her reverse dive is probably the main contributing factor to her death. If she had jumped straight down she probably would have been OK.

the same happened to a popular youtuber called apetor who does crazy shit on ice... this was his last vid before he died swept away under the ice

How stupid, sad and completely unnecessary. You're half naked in the dark and jump into an ice hole? Did nobody even dip their foot in to test the current? You could tell how fast she was swept away even before her whole body entered the water.

Really sad to hear those poor kids. Dumb mom.
