Driver who stopped to help when truck carrying 100 lab monkeys crashed in Pennsylvania and put her hand in one of the cages says she now has a cough and pink eye: CDC urges anyone in contact with the macaques to seek medical attention. Quoting: Dangerous Times A truck carrying around 100 monkeys that crashed in Pennsylvania is now sparking fears of infection after a woman who came into contact with the primates began to feel unwell. Michelle Fallon, from Danville near Scranton, was driving directly behind the vehicle when it crashed, throwing animal crates all over the highway and smashing some to pieces. Four of the animals escaped and were seen sitting among the wreckage before they fled. Fallon said she got out to help both the driver and the animals in their cages, initially believing them to be cats. When she approached and put her hand on the cage, she says the monkey hissed at her. The day following the accident, Fallon suddenly developed a cough and pink-eye, which became so bad that she had to visit the emergency room at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Fallon has been told to keep a close eye on her health for the next month in case she develops any infectious disease as a result of being so close to them. It's on the woman's personal facebook page. Her own words. I went to the DM story and looked at the pics of the truck. Very chintzy looking. It's not a semi. It has thin walls. Also the cardboard boxes with the little veil on some OVER the cardboard. I didn't see any that looked like you could even see into the cages of a monkey face hissing at you. It doesn't look legit. I didn't go to her fb page. |

The story I read said in route to a midwest facility. It's just a flimsy follow on trailer they show in the picture with dually tires on it like a landscape company would use. It doesn't seem overly secured. The woman is so semi-literate in her fb post about it. The part about one being broken open. and so she knows four are missing. It's odd. Look at the pics. Those don't even have air holes in the live animal packaging with some with a plastic veil and most not. It looked stage dressed for the pictures. Like who took the pics and how long were they scattered in the road being photographed before being removed to the side of the road but not put back into the van to when they clearly could have been for warmth and wind cutting at least. |

They are giving her shots as a "precaution". It didn't touch her. It hissed at her. Honestly, I think it's a set up. I don't buy the photos of monkeys in the wild that are being sold as the ones that got away for awhile before they were supposedly shot. It seems implausible, more like stock footage used for the story. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81786366 She was first at the scene, was hissed at (possible saliva transfer) and crates had feces all over them, she touched multiple crates. What is the name of the driver and father team? Why were they in Danville, off a main route for timely delivery. JFK to St Louis (?) Missouri with live animals in a flimsey truck? |

There are better pictures that show that under the flimsy white pieces of felted fabric are panels of fine green mesh. Thats what lets air in so the monkeys can breathe. Problem is it also lets the air OUT so that if the pathogens are airborne its like a street level chemtrail situation. Did the driver even know what he was dealing with? Should have asked for 10 times what he was getting paid. |

Who knows- maybe it's just a bs cover story for some new "mysterious illness" when/if vaxxed start exhibiting long-term symptoms and/or if their immune systems are depleted the way some have proposed they will be over time and with each successive booster. Or it could just simply turn out to be nothing. Suppose time will tell. -The 100th Monkey |
