I was born during a blizzard in Buffalo NY, 50 years ago today.

I've had trauma, loss, and heartbreak but also some amazing times. Was fortunate enough to live the first half of my life in the age before internet. I was in my 30s when I got my first cell phone.

It's actually shocking that I made it to 50, I did a lot of crazy things in my youth. God was looking out for me.


It's all downhill from here!

Anything and everything you can do for your health and fitness now will benefit you for the rest of your life.

Anything you can do to take care of yourself so that you can stay out of doctor's offices and hospitals is a worthy pursuit, make it a part time job now so it's not a full time job later.
