It all adds up. Then with America and NATO both pulling the military response option off the table, Putin knows it'll be a cake walk.

Like I would believe what China says anyways. If Russia is going to do this, it will have to be soon because troops cannot remain on high alert months at a time like this. Combat readiness goes down just like you cannot idle your car forever too. Eventually your idling car is going to run out of gas by the engine being on. We watched this build up for 2 months now. Something has got to give that's providing the media are reporting Russian troop movements accurately and are not full of shit.
