Biden has publicly stated that he intends on appointing a black woman. All 8 people in the mix right now for consideration are black women.

I don't have a problem with a black woman on the court. I have a problem with a black woman being appointed, not on merit or qualifications, but because she is black and a woman.

He decided before even looking at a single candidate that it had to be a black woman. His decision has NOTHING to do with credenditals. And even IF the person he chooses happens to have good credentials, it's a moot point, as she was chosen based upon skin and sex, NOT said credentials.
