I've been doing it for about a year, off and on. Only one clove. I grind it into a wrap with an egg or what have you. I love it! Problem is the family dislikes the smells, LOL. I also have some capsules I use from time to time.

That’s why I explained clearly that it must be crushed and pureed so it mixes together completely.

Because there are compounds in garlic that form the acid allicin when mixed but if you just chop the garlic then they won’t get mixed together completely and the acid won’t be formed in large quantities.

Get a clove and chew it and you’ll see how after a few seconds it will start to burn. But don’t try this at home unless you have a full glass of water in your hand and then you should go rinse well and brush your teeth.
