I wrote a poem just for you OP!

When you are low,
to the Lord may you go.

When your feeling sad and down,
may you overcome that frown.

Good times, friends and love,
let them fly to you like a turtle dove.

Always just know plain and simple,
how wonderful you make others feel when smiling with that dimple.

Who knows where we may be as we go from here to there,
but as long as a friend is by your side joy shall be everywhere.

Time oh that dreaded curse of life,
may it go easy on you and eliminate all strife.

Thank you for reading my poem just for my fellow glipper,

The air we breath is conscious (god)
there fore through breathing execise you canheal yourself.
1- take your right hand and hold your lower stomach
2- take a deep breath and hold for 5 seconds
focus on sending the air to the part of your body that needs healing.
3- release the toxic air on a 7 counts
repeat , repeat until you feel that area is healed.
