Not Indiana. Appeals court just dismissed the vax case here and upheld the original verdict. No vax, no education.

Since when could a university, or private company for that matter, dictate what someone has to put into their body?

Any "mandates" issued by these tyrants is completely without legal basis.

Unfortunately it's too late for most college students, as they've already been coerced/tricked into getting the shots. Many universities are still making kids feel inferior and ostracized if they don't get them. Same with wearing masks.

Colleges knew exactly what they were doing, but still went ahead with all of it.

I truly hope you are right! I would love to see lawsuits against universities who mandated this. There are some students who died from the shot - would love to see those families sue. Just like I would love some corporate officers to get civil suits brought against them at companies that mandated it, where there was no government mandate. Some accountability and responsibility would be nice, wouldn't it?

Just think of all these poor kids at theres universities that didn't have enough backbone to say no last year. They likely permanently damaged their health in years to come. I just cannot see any way that most universities do not face some kind of major lawsuits in the near future. It could even collapse the entire student loan bubble.

This is all good and well, but the big problem is these libtard places are outright ignoring court rulings and laws.

Until someone gets the fucking Justice system to do their job and arrest these criminals who violate court ordered rulings, none of this shit means anything
