It's because there aren't any. I have never heard from a depopulationist that wants to die, they just usually have a long list of other people who should be sterilized and killed. That is because depopulation is really a death cult for crypto murders and malthian malcontents. And noone needs a pill anyway, there are thousand ways to die. Also if one really needs a pill they could just take some street oxy spiked with fentanyl.
