Dammit, Im not sure wtf just happened...(maybe kinda died?)

So i had this weird experience, i was on the bed and get this feeling of something like random shockwaves in my head that would . Not painful, infact if anything i slightly enjoyed the feeling. They also caused short feeling of my body "ceasing" similar to getting an a electric shock. I have had these in the past before but only only on rare occasions generally short lived. Anyway i was laying down getting these occasional shocks so i doubt i could fallen asleep and i remember the shocks suddenly started becoming a lot more frequent which i remember feeling panicked because i felt my body was ceasing up too much it got to the point where i felt it began causing my heart to beat rapidly and irregular i felt life parts of my body where shutting down and chunk of myself/conscious with it. I remember in the final moments was it was hard to breathe i felt like my heart and brain were the last 2 things left. The entire experience was painless except i felt the shocking sensation and i felt that i was having trouble breathing except it didn't feel bad.

Then im not sure what happened then but i just remember i suddenly was thinking "i guess died" all my vision consisted of was something like staring at white marble inches away from your face. I dint remember all the details except that my thoughts didn't take long to go from accepting i died to question if i was really dead. Then i remember thinking that i could be sleeping and i could try waking up, which i did try and i seamlessly transitioned from this dream state into waking up. (Interesting transition as my eyes slowly opened what i saw in the waking world was like a tiny tear in the dreams reality got bigger my eyes began to open, and more of my vision began replaceing the dream state).

Anyway i feel kinda strange about it because i the entire experience was seamless and i feel like all of it actually did happen, it doesn't seem like i could fall asleep those brain shocks would have prevented it if anything and the dying process seemed real, i even remember the feeling of realizing that this is probably going to be how i die and the last thought i mustered up was "sorry" since people were going to find out that i died the experience was seamless except for the gap before my body was about to completely shut down and the dream state before i up which would have been the window where the exact death would have been. Im only conflicted because i ended up "waking" up from a dream state and despite how real i feel it was, because of this the entire thing is put into question. So i wonder could be possible that maybe it did happened and i did die or get really close from maybe cardiac arrest but simply woke up later. Really idk many the whole thing is confusing...
