It feels like some sort of pressurization. Only my left ear and it'll come on suddenly (whether standing, sitting, driving etc), and then within seconds it starts fading as if it's being dialed (turned) down.

No lie im getting them right now and they are abnormal because they kind of are coming and going it sounds like someone's turning the volume up and down on them.

Yep, that's exactly it. In my left ear only.

Not too common,, but not unusual for me either.
My hearing is still very sensitive.

It sounds like a flash bang but in only one ear. I always tell my wife I just went dead in one ear. She’s like what? You ok? And I’m like it’ll clear up in a minute. But I think it is caused from being scanned by some high frequency sensor or something and some people are more sensitive to it.

It’s like my brain got disconnected from my audio input very odd sensation like I’m a robot.

Ive had tinnitus my whole life, this is different
