anyone get those weird tones in one ear?

Just got one about an hour ago here at work. Been getting alot lately, and I cant recall this ever happening before the past year or 2. 5G maybe?

Really? What sort of message do the tones relay?

I get it a lot. If you tune into it, and force your brain to only hear that one tone, I can make it go away. After the main ring is gone, I still have the regular non stop mellowed ringing though.......non stop.

Same here, first was 2 days after the 5G rollout on the 19th? I live in the sticks almost too far away from cell towers to use our phones btw. I thought it was weird, thought of the 5G and carried on. Has happened maybe 4 times since and it’s always while I’m outside on my deck.

Possibly, or it could be a muscle spasm in your ear causing your ear drum to tighten up temporarily. If you have neck or jaw problems causing muscle tightness, this could be the cause.

or it could be neurological

at night it gets worse if neurological


cortisol goes down in the evening and that is what keeps inflammation at bay

Has happened to me to years. I’ve noticed if I say it’s happening, it will stop. If I don’t, it continues ok and fades out. Not tinnitus.

I’ve had regular tinnitus in my right ear for decades. No matter what, there’s a constant high pitch buzz similar to what you used to hear when a tube TV was turned on. Lately I’ve had that temporary ear buzz in my LEFT ear just like OP says. It happens several times a week, lasts for about 10-15 seconds and actually cancels out the chronic tinnitus in my right ear while it’s happening. Then all of a sudden it stops and the right ear tinnitus continues like normal.

Huge ear tone burst about 5 minutes ago with long ringing. Ears been ringing more than usual too today. Anyone else. This was my left ear.

I got tinnitus in both ears from uh lotsa loud noises. Just deal. You can eventually tune it out. Breathe in, breathe out, focus on other shit. Peace.

Check ur thought process as it happens. Also could be frequency change in environment. An energy that’s entered near ur field that doesn’t match up to ur energy. Also depends on which side the sound is heard.

welcome to the club. Tinnitus, the "hum", different tones/pitches that comes and goes... LOTS of people are affected. EMF, RF, 3-4-5G, radar, submarine senders, you name it. We live in a disgusting soup or damaging electric, magnetic, and also sort of radio/gamma etc waves. Time to learn about it, and dont think you are weird because you hear some strange sounds, this is what they want to you think!!

My ears have been ringing 24/7 for the past 11 years. It is very rare the day that I have nothing going. Carnivore diet doesn't make a difference, doesn't seem to be the hypoglycemia or it'd have gotten fixed by now.

I have read here awhile back that someone said it’s because of incoming cosmic rays and they had a link to a website that showed a live graph of when they hit so you could compare the timing of your high pitched ear ring tone to the time the cosmic rays hit. I believe it was cosmic rays but my memory isn’t that great anymore.

Maybe it was gamma ray bursts? I’m sure someone here knows.

It's hitting harder than usual today.

At least once a day in my left ear only. Sounds like an old hearing test and ranges from faint to distinct. Only happens when Im around electronics.

I’ve had an electronic keyboard playing a random pattern of three different notes in my right ear since at least the late 60s. Most of the time it gets blocked by environmental noise, and I automatically tune it out when my surroundings are quiet.

Twice within the last 5 years, I’ve had bouts when the volume has increased such that white noise doesn’t block it and the automatic tune-out has failed. That’s when I learned that a constant and random pattern of noise that can’t be gotten away from causes a big increase in stress levels.

If tinnitus disrupts your sleep, try a white noise generator if you haven’t already done so.

A spike in blood pressure. The sooner you relax, the sooner it will go away.
