The sheriff's office says Mark McNeil, 60, had a blood alcohol content level of .32 and .31, which is four times the legal limit in Florida. Today, my Uber driver stopped mid trip to get beers for us. He he lifted his beer to "cheers" the local Policia while driving me back to my hotel with no effect.
