DRILL YOUR WALL

PLAY THE MOST HORRIBLE LOUDEST MUSIC

GIVE IT A BREAK UNTIL THEY THINK YOUVE STOPPED

THEN DO IT ALL THE MORE LOUDER AND FOR LONGER

PUT A NOTE ON THE FRONT DOOR TELLING THEM TO STOP MAKING NOISE AT NIGHT AND THEN YOU WILL STOP.
