That is all a disturbed fanatic like Merrick Garland needs to open a DOJ racism investigation. The DOJ has unlimited time/resources. All Big Corporations would need to dedicate unknown amounts of legal billing to deal with any such investigation. Big Companies do not like open-ended costly litigation. So all companies try to create concrete evidence that they are trying to be diverse. One of the easiest and least costly methods is to show your advertising is filled with black people. Now when you understand that blacks are 13% of the US population...you might have an expectation that blacks would be in 13% of the commercials you see. But here is the problem: 100% of the companies are under threat by the liberal Dept. of Justice. So 100% of the companies are out to create a track record of diversity by using blacks in their advertisements. It's really that simple |
