Yep, about 90% of my dreaming is lucid and I can achieve sporadic astral projection when internal mindscape is clear - which sadly, it has not been as of late. Recent incidents of projection have been fraught with encounters with malign entities, particularly a woman that might very well be a succubus. She appeared again last night, trying to get into a contract of some sort with me. I have a thread that discusses my encounters with her as well as other experiences, such as with astral spiders and the like.
