Can you describe this "Sucked out" experience more. I have had an intentional OBE with meditation before. But once when I was basically fully awake I felt like I was sucked out.

Astral projection I think has to do with states of consciousness, different brain waves that you naturally move through as you sleep.

I'm not an expert and there's plenty to read out there by people who really know, but the way I do it is sort of a meditation, a dance to keep myself conscious while moving into the different brain waves.

Your body will start to vibrate, it will get really loud, then you just BLAST OUT (I think through the forehead). Maybe "sucked out" is a better way to describe it, because I usually feel like something is pulling me, even if I don't want to go.
