A person i follow on Twitter said they are moving all government infrastructure from Kiev to Lviv nearer the West.

That this will take a week,maybe more.

Once Kiev is evacuated expect a massive Ukrainian counter attack on all fronts even the Crimean one.

Sure you have to take everything on Twitter with a pinch of Salt.

This though makes some logical sense.

You start a counter attack and it goes wrong Kiev could fall quickly.

Hence move everything further West before the counter attack.

Also Russia is mobilizing considerable assets in the Black sea.
