This puts him at the b-hush rooftop lounge and bar... whose google maps pictures match perfectly. Which means he's on the 11th floor of the InterContinental Kyiv hotel...or at least the background footage is. the banister of the bar (looking at online pics) matches to the banister he touched in the video.... So Im going to say I believe he is really there. I think his antics with the flak jacket are BS and for show, but he is on location...in my opinion I know a thing or two, because I've seen a thing or two.
