What you imply is being able to see through solid steel, lead (or any dense metal) lining etc.

It is not difficult to shield radiation, but rather is expensive compared to a loaf of bread. Any superpower and large economy can allocate budget towards shielding if they want to.

Apply yourself and learn fundemental senior high school physics.
