I would strategically target all production of oil refineries across the globe. Even if allied countries. I would ensure reserves and the ability to refine oil were destroyed. I would also target the next, nuclear power plants to ensure electricity couldn't be generated effectively, and then I'd let the civilian populations of those countries and areas do the rest. If you destroy the oil, and you destroy electricity, the modern world cannot function, and cannot wage war. Every military unit is now dealing with a limited resource. |
