Assuming the person is in a lower position than Associate Dean Academic they're dribbling shit, and are probably positioning themselves well for a bullying lawsuit. Follow the complaint procedure, it is very much taken seriously, and if you arent happy with your school or faculty's response, there are further avenues of complaint open to you up to and including complaining to the university senate. But FIRST of all, get out of your seat, tomorrow, walk down to the student union building, and go and talk to some one at the front desk. This is literally what they are there to do. Talk to them TOMORROW. Also, write a diary of statements and times, NOW. If there are emails involved, print them out, and put a log of them in the diary. Who said what, when, is always important. |
