been vegan for over 10 years now. i started after 2 years of daily buddhist meditation (zazen). i'm almost 11 years a bodhisattva now.

one day i realized that the "i" that looks out of my skull and perceives the world is no different than any other sentient being. we all want shelter, warmth, food, water, love, etc.

then i started to research if i could live without eating meat and sure enough there was a thing called veganism. i did a lot of research and found out that not only does it save animals but it is the healthiest way to live.

veganism has come a long way in 10 years. it was only mildly difficult when i got started, but now it's a breeze. i haven't eaten so many whole food, plant based meals in my life and i'm glad i started when i did.

i'm not militant and i don't encourage anyone to do anything they don't want to do. my life, my health and my physical appearance are the evidence.
