vegans are legit crazy, why are our teeth made to cut threw flesh?.... or what about the fact that we need the vitamins that come from meat that cant be reproduced or replicated in a lab?
as a personal trainer, 180lbs 8%bf iv been at 300lbs (of fat) multiple success clients...
i have nothing against vegans, im just againt a false narrative
